We are looking for exceptional 3D Level Artists of all experience levels to join us on our journey


Position Overview

The Level Artist is responsible for creating the world’s our users learn within and the worlds our Architectural partners and clients view their designs within. You will need a strong understanding of what makes a scene visually appealing, and an ability to create worlds of an exceptional quality that meet design goals within defined technical constraints.  A large amount of the work we do is in collaboration with world leading architectural firms so an interest in Architecture is a bonus. You will report to our Studio Lead who is responsible for the overall creative direction and depending on your experience level you may be required to mentor Junior artists.  


  • Dress levels in a game engine with an eye for realism and composition
  • Bring 3D assets into the game engine, create realistic PBR materials and edit existing meshes to raise visual quality if needed.
  • Create realistic lighting for interiors and exteriors.
  • Aid in optimization work
  • Support the agile development process, helping with sprint planning, estimations etc.

Who are you

  • You have an artistic eye and a passion for creating 3D worlds.  
  • Experience dressing and lighting levels in Unreal or other game engines to a professional level.  
  • Experience creating high quality 3D assets.  
  • You have an awareness of graphics limitations within real-time engines.
  • Comfortable working with other artists on large projects.  
  • Proactive and able to identify and solve problems. 
  • Attention to detail.  
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Ability to prioritise and manage work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • If you are applying at a Senior Level position, then experience mentoring artists is a must.
