Position overview


We are currently recruiting a Business Support Co-ordinator to work for ourselves and our sister company Soluis: Soluis create visual experiences beyond the boundaries of imagination that leave a positive, lasting impact. We work with a wide variety of high-profile clients offering exciting ways to engage with audiences using real-time environments across the entire range of xR platforms.


The role is to be based at our sharedGlasgow office. We envisage this will be full time initially until we access the requirements for a full-time office presence, then remote working for some days may be an option.


  • Office & facilities management and business support
  • IT systems support (wiping laptops, installing graphics cards, re-installing windows etc)
  • Setting up in person demos using our xR technology
  • Reception duties, answering calls, manning the front desk and being first point of contact for internal and external visitors, organising refreshments and catering when required
  • Admin Support across both businesses as and when required
  • Helping organise in person events
  • HR administration
  • Managing budgets
  • Ensuring good H&S practices within the office (preferably first aider and fire warden, but training can be provided if not)
  • Organising travel / some EA duties for senior management when required

Who are you

  • Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office responsibility
  • Understanding of IT support
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Great team player
  • Flexible and customer - focussed with strong customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
  • Well organised and attention to detail
  • Advanced IT Skills
  • Experience in organising events preferable
  • Experience in budget management preferable
  • HR admin experience preferable
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 and MS Teams
  • Proactive and able to identify and solve problems.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills.
  • Experience handling sensitive information
