PositionOverview

‍

We are currently recruiting for a DevOps Engineer to be a key part of our engineering team. Our Engineers work on ground-breaking products for global clients. They are true tech advocates with a wealth of experience in software development.

‍

• Be part of a highly skilled Engineering team
• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
• Automating the testing and examination of code written by the team and analysing results
• Contributing to the development of our CMS platform and APIs
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Working with software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
• Support the agile development process, helping with sprint planning, estimations etc.
• Ownership of features that are assigned to you, taking them from ideation to completion.
• Automation of alarming against production infrastructure.

• Previous experience as a DevOps Engineer in industry
• Knowledge or experience of working with Serverless technologies
• Degree or relevant qualification in computer science or a related field
• Experience of Azure | AWS in a professional capacity.
• Knowledge or experience in either frontend web or API development
• Awareness of DevOps and Agile project management techniques and practices
• Excellent teamworking and communication skills
• Good Attention to detail
• Proactive and able to identify and solve problems.
• Ability to prioritise and manage work in a fast-paced environment
