Position Overview

We are looking for someone to be a big part in Edify’s go-to-market strategy.

You must have experience of managing software sales (ideally SaaS) and be happy to travel internationally (when it is safe to do so). You have considerable experience working at C-Level forming partnerships that stand the test of time.

We operate across the globe including the UK, Middle East and APAC across both education and enterprise training sectors.  We are a cohesive multi-cultural team and work exceptionally well together.

As the VP of Strategic Partnerships, you have unique opportunity to set up our reseller and affiliate channels from scratch.  In addition, you will be responsible for looking after our largest strategic accounts as well as connecting with the wider immersive technology ecosystem.


Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for our Channel & Ecosystem Partners.  This will include growing existing relationships and identifying, qualifying, developing, and onboarding new partners to ensure our growth targets are met.  
  • Ensure our partners have all sales and marketing collateral they need to achieve their targets successfully.
  • Culturally aware you will be able to build and maintain successful partner relationships.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs covering acquisition, retention and upselling, working with the leadership team to ensure we reach our revenue targets.
  • To understand the broader ecosystem of immersive technology (VR & AR), enterprise software and content partnerships.

Who are you

As well as your proven Strategic Partnerships experience within a fast-moving tech business, you will also have:

  • A desire to success and to build highly profitable partnerships that both you, Edify and our partners benefit from.
  • Be able to explain complex technical concepts to any audience.
  • Strong influence, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Effective listener who is naturally curious and analytical to support problem solving ability.
  • You are a natural multi-tasker, able to manage various clients and projects concurrently.
  • Leadership skills – having hired and managed a team across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated global experience, ideally having worked outside the UK.
