Submitting a Ticket
Our ticket system helps us handle support enquiries.
By submitting a ticket, you'll receive help on technical issues, feedback on functionality and even make suggestions for new features.
You can access ticket submission via the short form on any of our support pages - just scroll down to the "Can't find what you're looking for?" section and hit "Submit a Ticket".
Try to be as detailed as possible - it will help us diagnose the issue and get back to you quicker.
Form fields:
- Contact details - this lets us keep track of all the tickets you submit.
- Subject - what is the broad description of the issue?
- Description - describe your problem in detail, the more info (hardware you're using, is it consistent, etc) that you can provide, the better we can help you
