What if edify crashes during a broadcast?

Sometimes a crash happens!

No need to worry, your Zoom or Teams call will be unaffected. If for whatever reason you need to force close edify, there will be an edify "Stand-by" placeholder image as a screensaver.

Restart edify and open your lesson. Once you've selected the scene you were previously on, you can begin another broadcast, and simply pick up where you left off.

If you are experiencing repeated crashes during a Lesson, please contact our support team. It is recommended to test your Lesson before broadcasting for the first time, in case the media you have uploaded is causing any issues.
