Tips for when your 3D content isn't appearing correctly in Edify

A model I have loaded has lost its colours / textures

If a model appears different from what you expected, it likely means the files are either missing or not loading correctly. If you have downloaded the model from an online source (such as Sketchfab or Turbosquid), it may mean the colour or texture files were not included in the download. If this is the case, the issue can only be fixed by the original uploader of the model.

If you are having consistent issues with a model you believe you have all the files for, consider submitting a ticket to our support team - you can provide us with the model files, and we can diagnose the problem on our end.
